Anitha D is a counselling psychologist specializing in relational, trauma and somatic psychotherapy. She is the founder of 'The Mind Body Counselling Center'.

She has been in clinical practice for over 7+ years, working with adults (21+) navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and the patterns that have been hard to shift through insight alone.

Her work sits at the intersection of the mind and the body. She holds that real change rarely comes from understanding alone. It comes when the body is included in the work: when what the nervous system has carried can be met, not only what the thinking mind has made sense of. This shapes how she paces sessions, how she listens, and how she holds the therapeutic relationship.

Her practice integrates four clinical frameworks, woven together: somatic psychotherapy, attachment-based therapy, parts-informed work, and trauma-trained care. The integration is not technique-driven. It emerges from a steady attention to what is present in the room: in what is said, in what is felt, in what the body is holding.

Ananya Ganeriwala is a psychotherapist specialising in trauma-informed, queer-affirmative care. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and brings Brainspotting training to her practice.

She comes with 2.5+ years of experience and works with adults aged 21 to 55, supporting them through anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment patterns, relational difficulties, and the experiences that have shaped how they move through the world.

Her approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, creating a space where individuals can explore their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. She views many psychological and emotional difficulties as understandable adaptations to life experiences: the ways people cope, protect themselves, and relate to others often develop in response to what they have lived through, and continue to shape their lives in the present.

Her practice is grounded in curiosity, safety, and respect for each individual’s experiences. Therapy, in her view, offers an opportunity to explore patterns, develop greater self-understanding, and identify ways of navigating challenges that feel meaningful and consistent with one’s needs and values.
